One of the most popular requests for new functionality is integration with Canva. We’re delighted to announce that, through a collaborative effort with one of our integration partners, SpotDev, this is now a reality.
Canva is a popular online design tool that has experienced rapidly increasing adoption, now reaching 265 million monthly users. Teams are increasingly adopting it at the enterprise level for fast, flexible content creation, including everything from internal presentations to external social media posts and marketing materials.
The integration allows users to search their ResourceSpace library directly from within Canva, making it easier than ever to find approved digital assets and place them straight into Canva projects.
Users can also browse ResourceSpace collections from Canva, helping users quickly access curated groups of images, documents and other media, without leaving their design workflow.
For teams who rely on ResourceSpace as their central source of truth and use Canva for fast, flexible content creation, this means no more flicking between different tabs and downloading resources locally - everything can be handled efficiently, all within Canva.
Existing ResourceSpace logins are used so when working in Canva users can only see assets they have access to, helping you maintain control over approved content whilst still giving users a smooth, streamlined experience.
Once you’ve completed your design you can optionally save it back to ResourceSpace, to keep everything in one place.
The integration is available now - just search for ‘ResourceSpace’ in the ‘apps’ section of your Canva system and follow the instructions.
