Cannot delete resources in a hosted ResourceSpace

Hi all, I set up a hosted ResourceSpace on the free tier, and I'd like to delete all the files that were included by default (to free up some space). I am able to delete them into the "Deleted" status without problem, but when I try to "delete permanently" from there, nothing happens. Is this a feature of the free hosting, that it's not possible to delete files?
