Assets export function - file names wirh' random string of characters'

Hi All

ACF have encountered an issue with file name consistency when exporting assets from ResourceSpace.

In the ResourceSpace backend, download links generate file names like ResourceID_randomstring (e.g., 105_8fcc6d6092b3ba5), which is the method we used for a mass download of assets.However, files downloaded individually and directly from the frontend display names like ResourceID_OriginalFileName (e.g., RS105_Page 15 Spotted Gum Tree-lpr), matching what's shown in the metadata export for all assets also.We'd appreciate any suggestions to align backend exports with metadata to ensure file name consistency. Any solutions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Already we have tried:
- Renaming already exported files in backend: No success, There are multiple assets with the same ResourceID but diffrent filetype

- Read the random string of characters in SQL DB: No success the random characters are not stored in SQL DB
