Trouble installing RS

Hello,

I am trying to install RS to test it out, but I can't check it out from the repository. Here is the command and the error messages:

root@resourcespace:/var/www/html/resourcespace# svn co https://svn.resourcespace.com/svn/rs/releases/9.6 .
svn: E170013: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'https://svn.resourcespace.com/svn/rs/releases/9.6'
svn: E000110: Error running context: Connection timed out

I tried curling to see what would come up and I get a 301 message:

root@resourcespace:/var/www/html/resourcespace# curl https://svn.resourcespace.com/svn/rs/releases/9.6 <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">

Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong or am I looking in the wrong place? I'm just following the directions for Ubuntu.
