Filenames written to screen after upload

I just did a normal upload to an existing collection. When it finished a large number of filenames not in the upload appeared all over the UI. See the attached screen shot. The files these names represent were not uploaded and as far as I can tell are not resources in the system.

I am at a loss as to what happened and how to resolve it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Screenshot 2024-03-28 at 10.12.54 AM.png
