i'm bumping this as I haven't been able to fix it.

does anyone know when this error occurs?

I can't edit existing or upload new resources

This code is thrown when there is an issue with the regular expression matching. See en.php around line 130 to see the error and resource_functions.php around line 157 to see where it is thrown.

I had been mucking about with regex, but thought I had deleted completely, when in fact I had left 2 spaces in the box (which was quite hard to spot, doh!)

anyway its fixed now
