VTT file won't show

Hi there,

I am working on uploading some subtitle files to video previews for certain resources. I have properly created vtt files from subtitle tracks and have uploaded them as alternate files into a resource.

The resource recognizes a file, as a closed captioning button appears in the playback window, though when enabled no subtitles show. I've attached some screenshots to show this. If anyone has any thoughts, please pass them along. Thanks.

Any thoughts here? Interestingly, I tested running this through a new free account hosted on ResourceSpace's server (we host ours internally) and it worked. So it is clearly something up with our configuration but we cannot find the issue.

Hi there, assuming this is using the Video Tracks plugin - would it be possible for you to attach the .vtt file so I can investigate?

See the .vtt file attached. Is the Video Tracks plugin required to enable closed captioning? From the knowledge base link below, it isn't mentioned as a requirement.
