Specific Search string with quotes not working

[email...@gmail.com]

Recently we moved to 9.3 version.

While doing search " app ", the search results are showing resources tagged with "happy" also.

The spaces before and after the word "app" are ignored by the simple search.

How to look for exact match for " app "?

Are you sure? That doesn't sound right at all. Note that the highlighter may show the middle of "happy" as a match but that doesn't mean it was used for searching - highlighting can currently be a bit misleading.
