How to create a dropdown menu in a resource type field

Under the "resolution" field, I would like it to be a dropdown when
uploading new movie files so that I don't have to type SD or HD but
that I can just choose an option form the dropdown menu like you would
a "date" field.

I think it has to be some sort of code added to the actual field but
since I am not that programming saavy...

Team Center>System Setup>Resource Types/Fields>Video>Resolution> THEN
