Video splice/trim plugin

Hi,

i'm in trouble with splice plugin...

I have two instance of Resourcespace.

The first it's configured in a normal way, with filestore and classic ingest way.

The second, It's a staticsync workflow with original file not imported in filestore.

The splice/trim plugin, work perfect on the first instance of resourcespace but can't open the videofile on the second installation...

Could be because of staticsync?
