Paypal checkout not working

Hi I've been trying to get the paypal basket to work but it just won't.  I've made sure the paypal settings in config.php are ok, ipn enabled on my paypal account, but when clicking checkout it just brings up a "this page cannot be displayed in an iframe" in internet explorer and when trying to checkout in chrome it just sit's there and doesn't do anything ? does the paypal checkout actually work in resource space ?

When I click on checkout, contactis made with Paypal en then nothing else happens. I've installed the latest RS version.

Same here ... INP enabled, payment address filled in ... no go. Looking for a good solution to solve this problem. And I'm not alone.

I use versiono 4.5.3428. I use Chrome (IE as check). Settings is config are by the book. My Paypal account is set correctly.

Still payment (checkout) does not work :-/

Furthermore there are issues like:
Payment emailed: no e-mails are sent; download appears as an option :-/

Payment immediate: again the download option appears (it always appears not matter what user settings are set).

Add to basket works but checkout doesn't!

I'm getting a bit restless to see that no solutions are getting posted here ...

I also enabled IPN in Paypal but obviously Paypal ask for IPN URL to track notifications. What did you put here ?

test it with all purchase files pages/purchase_xy but users can´t Download the file.

But don´t know how I realize that.

It´s a pity, that RS can´t fix a bug that over 8 years still there. But I wonder why the PayPal option is a feature, although it´s didn´t runs.
