Filestore on Harmonic MediaGrid

Hi, I am presenting problems for view the previews and thumbnails when I have connect the storage external Harmonic Mediagrdi via File System Driver Harmonic.  The mount point have owner:group root and can't change to user apache.

Can help me?

Take a look at the MediaGrid docs for the Linux FileSystem Driver - it discusses how to configure your mountpoints, including how to map mediagrid ACLs to Linux permissions.

Are you unable to chmod the permissions within the mountpoint? That’s odd, it should work.

In any case, I don’t think this is a Resourcespace issue as much as a MediaGrid issue - you might have better luck for help configuring this on their forums.
