It looks like there are 761 strings that haven't been localized for the Japanese Language Interface. The language file is found at baseDir/languages/jp.php 

It looks like there is ~1360 strings, so a little over half aren't localized. There are placeholders with the english text in the japanese language file. 

I attached a text file with just the strings that have not been localized.

I don't know anyone that's fluent in japanese, but if you find someone to help you they don't have to be a developer... if they just replace the english text in the file that I sent you; we can merge it with the current localisation file.

Exactly. But it's better for me, if he/she is a developper.
