Collection Download issues

For a while now some collections exhibited a strange behavior when trying to download. After pressing the Download button, the screen would blank and then come back to the download screen. The download never happened.

I did an svn update today and among the new files were:

/pages/download.php

/pages/collection_download.php

I tried the problematic collection again and got an error suggesting that the download would be too large. True, it would have been 7.8Gb. Choosing fewer files allowed a successful download.

ZIP files have a 4GB max limit, so if it's over that the download will fail.
