Simpleldap error in login - LDAP BIND failed

Hello I need your help, I am having problems with the simple ldap plugin, to the server from the ldap side the login is successful, when returning it gives terror, in the debug it only shows:

2021-09-06 10:06:52 LDAP BIND failed: uid = ...., ou = users, dc = ..., dc = ..., dc = ...

When I log in, the screen goes blank and shows the problem:
"Sorry, an error has occurred.
Please go back and try something else. "

The error logs do not leave anything registered, I am not finding what is the reason for the error
