Did you edit the filesize field? RS should catch this, but I suggest you place fields that shouldn't be edited in the array in config. Otherwise RS tells ET to write into a field that shouldn't be editable, such as filesize.

Ignored superfluous tag name or invalid option: -EXIF:all

set
$exiftool_remove_existing=false;

Also, some IPTC fields (like Keywords) have length limits, so exiftool is just writing as much as it can.

These are all just warnings, so i don't think there is anything to fix.

The keyword field is a“multi-value” field. You can have unlimited
numbers of keywords and phrases but no single keyword or key phrase
can exceed this 64 character maximum limit.

does your keyword field mapping include the IPTC: prefix or not?

perhaps the original keywords are in exif metadata, but you're writing to IPTC? I'm not sure about what's going on there, but it's kind of interesting.

Use
$metadata_report=true;
to try to see what's going on.

if IPTC:keywords is a multi-value bag, then after doing some further research/exploration (ex. http://u88.n24.queensu.ca/exiftool/forum/index.php/topic,2710.msg11988.html#msg11988 ), you might want to check with http://u88.n24.queensu.ca/exiftool/forum/ to see if/how Phil Harvey implements that. If you find a solution or more information about this, please share it here.

ok, there is no way to use _all_ metadata from die original file/jpg
on lower resolutions (scr, lowresprint...).
will use another DRM now.
thanks for help.

RS always tries to write file-size on my files, here is an example:
73 - Dateigröße file filesize - 398 kB + 0000407552
I never bothered, since I did not really care if it is in there in KB
or Bytes.

It doesn't matter, because filesize isn't a writeable field (it's just a property of the file rather than actual 'metadata'), exiftool just skips it.
