Thumbnails Not Generating After Upload (Docker Installation)

Hi, my setup is MacOS with Docker Desktop, using official ResourceSpace Docker image

Issue: Images upload successfully but only show placeholder icons. No thumbnails or previews are generated.

What I've checked:

• ImageMagick is installed and working (version 6.9.12-98)
• File permissions are correct (www-data:www-data, 755)
• PHP upload limits increased to 100M
• Filestore directory is writable
• BaseURL is correctly configured

What I'm seeing:

• Files upload without errors
• Resources appear as "Active" in collections
• Resource folders are created but remain empty
• Running php pages/tools/offline_jobs.php returns "Offline job processing is not configured on this system"

Question: Does the Docker installation require additional configuration for background job processing? Is there a cron job or scheduler that needs to be set up manually?
