Cannot connect to server

Dear All,

I have installed the plugin on wordpress (5.7.1).

I am using wp admin account and try to follow the step on this guide.

While I fill in the blanks and click save, it said that "Cannot connect to server!".

My team-mate and I have tried different resourcespace account with the same result.

Is it a fire wall problem or something else?

Hi, did you ever resolve this problem?

We are having the same issue and like you followed the steps in knowledge base.
