I am getting an error "FLASH:srcnotfound" on my video.
I have checked the Javscript console: and am getting:
VIDEOJS: ERROR: (CODE:4 MEDIA_ERR_SRC_NOT_SUPPORTED) FLASH: srcnotfound t.J {code: 4, message: "FLASH: srcnotfound", status: null, MEDIA_ERR_CUSTOM: 0, MEDIA_ERR_ABORTED: 1…}

I have checked that the paths are matching in the Javascript console to the actual filestore location.

I have checked and am getting the same error in Chrome, Firefox, IE and Safari.

Any suggestions? Advice?
Thanks

Hi Allison,
Thanks Allison. I updated the videoplayer.php file and still getting the error. But, it looks to me like the path is not correct. Any ideas where to update that?
The path is saying:
http://space/9/1_........
but it really should be saying: http://space/resourcespace/filestore/9/1_........
right?

Also, I'm getting similar kinds of issues with  images as well. This is an image that I uploaded only 5 minutes before I went to check it. And I went to check in filestore, and it is definitely in there.

I went back to basics and did a re-install and set it all back up again, and it's working.
I noticed that my FFMPEG path had a typo, so it was probably that. thank you for your assistance.
