Hi all,

We have our scheduled call on Monday July 9th at 1pm PT.

On our agenda and action items from last time were to think about synergies and focus on ontology / data model integration questions: 

- What are the person dimensions to be taken into account? 

- skills, roles, and research profiles, reputation, and so on 

- What are additional requirements for core laboratory representation not currently in the eagle-i / ISF representation? 

Please let me know if you have any agenda items or wish to do an informal presentation about a related effort. Some options for presentations or exploration might be:

eagle-i (new "open-i" grant focus, and other news)

Vanderbilt Cores

Emory ebirt

NIF antibody registry

Other cores tools such as VGN or ABRF

Sharecenter - new release (ready for public viewing?)

Vivo update, and upcoming conference workshops

Can I entice anyone to present informally, what their project has been up to lately? Or please feel free to suggest modeling issues for discussion.

Please let me know by Friday and I will send out the announcement.

Ontology Development Group at OHSU, and I will be coordinating the RRC
calls going forward.
