How do I get data from Viessmann SCU 124 to DL 2 ?

QUESTION 1: Does anyone know if the Viessmann SCU 124 controller has a
RESOL equivalent?

I am trying to get data from this controller to the DL 2.

DL 2 is connected to Viessman SCU 124 via V-BUS and the red light
blinks on the DL 2 like normal.

Neither live data or data logging files seem to work (just show a
blank time stamped sheet).

QUESTION 2: How do I do a firmware upgrade to 1.4.4? (The issue may be
that the DL 2 can not interface with the SCU 124)

This issue is similar to a post in December of 2010 which says to:

"Please perform a DL2 firmware update by navigating to the following
URL and performing the steps on screen:
http://<IP address of DL2>/dl2/update
After the reboot your DL2 should have firmware 1.4.4 installed, which
supports the MX controller's data presentation.

Steve, at Viessmann Tech (phone 1-888-484-8643) was able to answer my
questions here.

The issue was the firmware. This required the new version (1.4.4)
which I was not able to download from the internet.

He sent me the necessary files for 1.4.4 called: "resol-dl2-
firmware.yml" and "resol-dl2-firmware.bin"

These were then loaded to a SD card and popped into the DL 2
Datalogger. After a few minutes the software had booted to the DL 2
and I opened a live data stream to the DL 2 via LAN cable.

The new version 1.4.4 was there and it could see the Viessmann SCU 124
controller for the first time.

The Viessmann SCU 124 is the RESOL equivalent of the DELTA SOL BS
2009.

If anyone else is having similar problems getting the firmware online
shoot me a line and I can email you the firmware for 1.4.4.
