Old DeltaSol BS

Hello everyone,

I own a DeltaSol BS controller. As it is shown here no VBus connector is offered.

I tried to connect directly to Rx/Tx pins in the header as described here, but there is no activity. I am afraid that the firmware version (1.00) does not provide any VBus communication at all. Can someone from Resol confirm it?

Is there a way to obtain an updated firmware version that offers the VBus communication on that board?

Hi Giorgio,

yes, I can confirm that the firmware PG8630 version 1.00 does indeed not include any VBus communication support at all.

In addition to that version 1.00 (from 2006) is still the latest version for the PG8630 product so there is no option to update it.

Hi Daniel, maybe I've the same situation...

Deltasol BS/3 relabeled immergas, without v-bus connection. 

Some possibility of flashing it with newer firmware?

Hi Alessandro,

no, sadly the same situation with your controller: it most likely runs PG5830 version 1.01 from 2010 (which as of today is still the latest version of that line). That software and the hardware it is running on do not support VBus connectivity.
