DL2 broken ?

Hello,

I have a problem with my DL2 : it's normally functionning well, but for a few day I it's like if he was dead : power is switch on, but no red or green light on the reset button... It just tsay grey. The device is not recognisable on the network nor on the discover tool...

I tried to soft reset (20 sec on the grey button) but it do not change anything.

Power adapter has been tested, I have 5v delivered.

Only blinking lights on the network switch when I plug a network cable.

Before I send it back in germany, has anyone an idea ??

looking for solutins, i found thiss message

i have te same problem, 5v ok, no lights, no discovery by the discovery tool. only lights on the ethernetport are blinking, inserted SD with version 2.2.2 and pressed button >10 seconds, nothing helps...

what to do?

DL2 is from 2012

problem solved, after installing SD updates and a lot of resets, it is working again and even updated automatically
