Deltasol MX not communicating with Deltasol DL2

I have a DL2 connected to a Deltasol BX, but no Live Data are available.  I have replaced the Deltasol BX by a Deltasol MX (for planned extension of the heating system), but still the same.  The SD card in the MX shows data, but the SD card in the DL2 just contains empty files of 4 KB per day.  I can communicate to the DL2 over the network, so there seems to be an issue with the connection between MX and DL2.  Can anybody give me some advice on this?  Thanks a lot!

Hi Filip!

Hmmm, sounds like your DL2’s VBus receiver is not working at all (at least that is more likely than assuming that both controller transmitters are bad…). Those 4 kB per day files are indeed an indication that they only contain the 288 timestamps per day in intervals of five minutes. Each of those timestamps is 14 bytes long, so each file presumably is 4032 bytes long.

My advise would be to get in touch with your DL2’s seller or RESOL’s tech support to get that sorted out.
