"Walking on Sunshine" was written by the band's guitarist Kimberley Rew. "I'd love to say Walking on Sunshine relates to a significant event in my life, like walking out of my front door, seeing a comet and being inspired," he told The Guardian in 2015. "But it's just a piece of simple fun, an optimistic song, despite us not being outstandingly cheery people. We were a typical young band, insecure and pessimistic. We didn't have big hair and didn't look anything like a Motown-influenced group. We didn't have any credibility or a fanbase in awe of our mystique. We were a second-on-the-bill-at-a-festival-in-Germany pop band. But we had this song."[5]
Background/objectives: Walking has well-established positive relationships with, and effects on, physical health. In contrast, while poor mental health contributes substantially to global health burden, an overview of the benefits from walking has not previously been published. We aimed to scope the literature and present what is known, and highlight what is not known, about walking and mental health.
Results: For the 8 mental health outcomes (identified a priori), there were a total of 5 systematic reviews and 50 individual papers included. Depression had the most evidence and existing systematic reviews were reported. Evidence for anxiety, psychological stress, psychological well-being, subjective well-being and social isolation and loneliness varied in volume and effectiveness, but no harmful effects were identified. There were no studies for walking and resilience. The setting and context of walking seems to be important variables.
Conclusion: The evidence base that suggests walking benefits mental health is growing, but remains fragmented and incomplete for some important outcomes. Policy and national guidelines should promote the known mental health benefits of increased walking and future research should directly address the gaps we have identified.

Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii Product Review Summary Based on 7 reviews The average rating for this product is 5 out of 5 stars Overall Rating: 5.0/5.0 Leave a Review Customer Reviews June 20, 2020 EXCEPTIONAL yellow rose for Zone 5 This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I bought this for my mum's memorial garden and have been thrilled with it for 7 years now. EXCELLENT disease resistance. The richly-saturated, warm yellow blooms really pop against the glossy, clean, medium green foliage. A vigorous grower with beautiful bloom form, Walking on Sunshine would be a great starter rose for any beginner looking for success. To my nose, the fragrance is myrrh with a touch of anise for sweetness. I top dress it with compost in spring and again mid-summer and that's it. Clearly, Mum approves.
Tara, we are so thrilled to hear your family had a great time at Walking on Sunshine! We also believe this home has the ideal location, and is a great size for larger groups or families. We would be honored to have you back for another week of gorgeous sunshine!Sincerely,Benchmark Management

We enjoyed our stay so much! Such a beautiful and peaceful area. Did some hiking at St. Joseph\'s State Park that is just nextdoor. The beach is dog friendly and the park too so doggies enjoyed their vacation also. Great paved pathways all through the complex for walking dogs also and they are lit at night. The doggie poop bags and disposal stations along the way are handy. Everyone was super friendly in the restaurants and stores and in Port St Joe. Perfect weather, sunny and 70s. Some good restaurants on the Cape and in Port St Joe. Definitely would come back. Perfect for those seeking peaceful relaxing time at time at the beach with pristine beaches. Get your groceries at Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe. Condo beautiful, comfortable beds. Amazing view and sunsets right from balconies. Faces west.
The effects of sunshine exposure held longitudinally, meaning that exposure to sunshine at the first time point predicted better mood outcomes at the second time point. Daytime light exposure may improve mood by correcting abnormal circadian timing. Beyond its effects on our internal clock, the authors speculated that daytime sunshine may influence areas of the brain involved in emotional regulation.
Spending more time outside in the sunshine was also associated with greater ease of awakening earlier in the day. Scientists have long suspected that exposure to light in the morning shifts our circadian rhythms earlier. In contrast, exposure to light at night shifts our circadian rhythms later.
These three exotic anthurium flowers bloom best in partial shade. So when they do get that sunshine, their velvety leaves with prominent veins and showy flowers seem to glow. These are flowers in my yard that were standing up tall seemingly walking in the sunshine.
