Sonjajoined OneNet in January 2012 as the program manager for the Oklahoma Community Anchor Network (OCAN) and now serves as the executive director of OneNet operations. She oversees the day-to-day operations of OneNet, including administration, communications, strategic planning and provisioning. She also is responsible for the implementation of the OCAN project in Oklahoma. In addition, she serves as the chairwoman of the Oklahoma Broadband Initiative Advisory Board and the Advisory Board for the Oklahoma Native American Technology Council.

Chris joined OneNet in 2016. As chief information security officer, he is responsible for the information security, cybersecurity and assurance programs for the State Regents and OneNet. Chris has more than 15 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, engineering, administration and compliance.


Randy joined OneNet in November 1998 and has served in several positions prior to becoming our director of network infrastructure. Randy and his team is responsible for ensuring OneNet connectivity through installation, operation and maintenance of our fiber network.


Bill Bradford joined the OneNet team in July 2012 as a systems engineer. He currently serves as director of network systems and manages the OneNet team members who deliver above-the-net services, such as virtual infrastructure, colocation, web, email, DNS and application hosting.


Norma joined OneNet in January 2014 as an accounts payable specialist. She was promoted to accounts payable supervisor in October 2015 . Norma is responsible for reviewing and approving invoices for payment, working with vendors on resolving issues and assisting with end-of-year budget preparation.


Cheri has been a member of the OneNet team since August 1998 and currently serves as circuit provisioning manager. In this role, Cheri provisions subscriber circuits and determines the best option for last-mile services for subscribers. She also acts as a liaison between OneNet subscribers and last-mile providers.


Ian joined OneNet in September 2008. He handles the day-to-day operations of the infrastructure department. This includes scheduling maintenance, making repairs to the OneNet facilities and working through new circuit turn-ups. He also assists with troubleshooting for OneNet subscribers. He is responsible for project management of both internal and external projects, including the coordination, planning and implementation of new technologies, programs, services and other designated special projects for OneNet.


The main objective of the N6 (Information Technology Department) is to provide Installation-wide information services. This objective is achieved through the sub-functions of Base Communications, IT Support & Management, and the OCONUS Navy Enterprise Network (ONE-NET).


BASE COMMUNICATIONS is a sub-function that consists of activities that operates, equips, maintains and manages the base communications office (BCO). It includes base-level administrative telephone services to Navy and non-Navy customers, in addition to the operation, maintenance, and management of switches and on-base telephone cable plants.


IT SUPPORT & MANAGEMENT is a sub-function that consists of activities involved in the management of the Information Technology (IT) Service Functions not covered by ONE-NET. It includes costs of hardware, software, personnel, material and services for all core business areas.


N6's role is to act as an enabler for CNIC. As such, we are tasked with ensuring that information technology is contributing to the transformation of CNIC into a true adaptive enterprise through the integration of uniform business systems that enhance readiness and contribute to speed, agility, business intelligence and situational awareness.


N6 fully supports the Fleet, Fighter and Family through cost effective oversight of command telecommunications, efficient information management and delivery of robust communications capabilities in support of existing business processes.

3.1.1. Contact information: name, surname, professional email address and Company name sent by you and other Personal Data that you may have provided during the communication. We will process this Personal Data in the case in which you make enquiries, request information or send us communications of any type. You send us this Personal Data when you contact us. The processing of this Personal Data is necessary for us to provide a response to the communications received from you or to the requests that you have made. The provision of any further Personal Data by you is voluntary.


3.1.2. Navigation data: the IT and electronic communications systems and software procedures put in place to allow the Website to function, will, in the course of their normal work, collect certain data (e.g. access date and time, pages visited, name of the Internet Service Provider and Internet Protocol (IP) address you use to access the internet, the internet address from which you connect to our Website, etc.), the transmission of which is implicit in the use of web communications protocols or is pertinent to effective management or optimization of the data or email sending system.


3.2. In the context of this privacy policy, Personal Data processing refers to any operation or group of operations carried out using automated processes and applied to Personal Data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication through transmission, dissemination or any other available means, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction.


4.1. OneNet Consortium will process your Personal Data for very specific purposes and only if there is a specific legal basis provided for under applicable personal data protection and privacy legislation. Specifically, the OneNet Consortium will process your Personal Data only when one or more of the following legal requirements has been met:

The provision of your Personal Data is necessary in all instances in which processing is a legal requirement or necessary to the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to the implementation of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request. Any refusal on your behalf may make it impossible for the OneNet Consortium to perform the task for which your Personal Data has been collected.


4.4. The provision of your Personal Data, however, is voluntary for any further purposes and failure to give your consent in such cases will have no effect on the completion of the contract. The obligatory or optional nature of the provision of data will be specified when collected.


7.1. Data processed for the purposes described above will be held in compliance with the principles of proportionality and necessity, and, in all cases, until the purposes of the processing have been completed.


8.2. Please be informed that you have the right to object at any time to the processing of Personal Data relating to you that is carried out in the pursuit of OneNet Consortium legitimate interests.


8.3. When you object to the processing of your Personal Data as per article 8.2, the OneNet Consortium will refrain from further processing your Personal Data, except where convincing legitimate reasons for continuing with the processing have been established or for the verification, exercising or defence of a right in a court of law.
