Still doesn't solve the error even I used your own PDF as you attached. My PDFs are not images or scanned PDFs, they are structured and have selectable text and tables as well.

guys. Do you happen to know any good converter of html to excel file through php? I have seen lots (PHPExcel and SimpleExcel) but nothing can function the way dompdf does. (dompdf is a html to pdf converter through php)
In the past I've just served the HTML document as-is. Excel is perfectly capable of loading an HTML document and parsing it as a spreadsheet. Excel even understands many CSS attributes. All you have to do is add an Excel mime type to the HTTP headers, for example:
Unfortunately this isn't as appealing an option as it used to be. Starting with Excel 2007 the program performs some basic document type confirmation. Because HTML is not XLS (obviously) you get a warning. Excel can still open up the document and display it correctly, but there aren't really any options for disabling the warning.
I spent hours setting up an automated report using PHPExcel and found it incredibly unwieldy. I found it much more user-friendly and effective to write the data to .csv (fputcsv), then use COM to run an Excel macro, which opens the .csv and implements all the formatting, etc.

@awalker - The Encodian connector is a standard connector, therefore you do not need additional Power Automate licencing, your Microsoft / Office 365 licences will provide access to the connector.
@Jay-Encodian I see. I must have tested my flow more than 50 times while building it then, because now my powerapps mobile app has me locked out until I extend the lisence. The online version still works fine and the flows still run, but the mobile app won't.
@awalker What do you mean by 'locked out', this is nothing to do with the Encodian connector... a connector is just simply called, there shouldn't be any difference whether you consume online or via a mobile app. Why do you think this is related to the Encodian connector? (or any connector)
After I added an excel connector and the "CVS to Excel" Cloudmersive connector to my flow, my mobile app said that I needed to extend my trial. Our company has the full licensing for this product, as far as I know, and I've been using the mobile app for over a year without any problems until then.

Just followed this tutorial, unfortunately all the text in the resulting excel file is wrapped in double quotes. [Cocom, Marta] becomes ["Cocom, Marta"]. Would you know of anything I could add to fix this? Maybe an extra line or two to add to the Office Script to get of these?
