Dear Shubh

gd mrng
You have very rightly said that since the last meeting with Manoj Gaur and his team, hardly anything has changed. In fact things have gone from bad to worse since then.
The gift we got from Manoj Gaur- a further increase in power back up rates!!!.
My point of view is that any increase in maintenance rates or DG rates is illegal/unjustified unless there is transparency in accounting i.e, the accounts are shared  with RWA/residents .
Manoj Gaur said that they don't want to make profit out of maintenance money or residents, which he has to prove by deeds, mere words are not enough or rather we cant be fooled by mere speech. The only way is to become transparent.
I feel that Manoj Gaur and his other family members are acting like politicians, Brig Gahlaut and other are like Sarkari Baboos and we as poor citizens whose hard earned is being taken by gov(jaypee) as tax money( read maintenance money) and so our society has become like a mini India with dictatorship government having no respect for constitution. These sarkari Baboos ( read Gahlaut and his team) should understand that their salaries are indirectly coming from our pockets as maintenance money. Even gov is implementing citizens charter and many other reforms, but jaypee and his maintenance team does not want to change.
I suggest to go for a car rally with banners to protest against such tyrannical attitude of manoj gaur and gahlaut as well as highlight issues in media . Additionally legal options are to be explored with the help of retd Judge saab from spa 501 as discussed earlier.

Ok...lets prepare for India's Independence day (15th Aug) celebrations from Britishers and resolve to fight for our Independence from jaypee as well. India's independence was only half battle won, the bigger fight lies ahead !!

So lets do our bit....a request to residents to come forward and play a role in society building....together we can !

cheers

Dear Friends -  With schools having reopened and life getting on its usual pace , it is time to update all of us of  what has been happening in the community. Before we move on , We shed  a tear for our dear and near ones who have lost their loved one in the recent past. As a token of gesture we mark these dates in grief  at  the same time praying to almighty to rest their souls in peace and give strength to the family to tied over the grief and sorrow.

Pursuant to the meeting wit JPM and the areas addressed with Sh Manoj Gaur we have had repeated meeting with security Dpmt to ensure compliance with the promises, sadly enough we still have had some serious security breaches ( posted on web site ). Endeavours have also been made to ensure that severe rains do not flood houses / homes to the point of immobility. To mention here , this still has not yielded any praise worthy results and Star Court and Sun Court have seen some nasty flooding at the reception and in the apartments . Talks are also underway to set up teams / committees on various matters that effect residents in day to day life and your EB has been working on the next course of action for the same .

Recently there has been a increase on costs in Electricity fixed charges and DG charges  - here I would like to seek your views and suggestions on how / why / when should this increase be protested and would also need your participation to achieve the same. Pending your volunteering / divergence on taking up these issues, there is every  possibility of it diluting itself in the eyes of the JPM - Active residents , white angels and good samaritans may please come forward to participate to take this long due responsibility also forward , lest we residents are taken for granted for  in future - as far increase in maintenance / electricity and sundry costs are concerned.

A blurred vision can be a resultant of many factors but on a more positive note , for people with four eyes - there is some good news :

Nothing beats clarity of vision and a great lifestyle also needs good quality lenses . Brands like " transition from essilor, presario  from Nikon , Ziess- photo fusion " are only available at select opticians and that too at a exorbitant price . After relentless round's of communication and negotiations , these Global brands have agreed to offer lenses and associated services to RWA members at up to a whopping 50% discount. No kidding - this was put to test and a 26 K progressive lens was finally made available at a phenomenal saving. It is with immense pleasure that we announce that RWA members who are willing to opt for world class lenses at a fantastic value and may please contact Dr Rashi at - 09899000078 between 18:00 to 18:30 hrs.

15th August is the next event in our annual calender and I hope all of us are visiting the web site and Notice Board regularly .  With a request for volunteers  - till we meet next ;

Warmest

Dear Sir,

I think our leniency as has become their advantage. We need some serious protests to get the thing right.
Best way is : sit in front of house of Mr. Gaur with black flag in hands. Media presence would make it more effective .

I think we must do it by earliest.

Thanks

Rajat

Hello Captain Bais,

I have been following your emails regularly on all of the issues you have raised. Frankly it is appalling to see that the management is so impervious and thick skinned. We need structured, organised and consistent pressure. Please count us in. I am coming to Jaypee tomorrow. It will be great to catch up then if you're available.

Cheers

Deepak
