Ref our telcon swa , I wish to highlight horrible and pathetic
maintenace of society due to almost complete lack of supervision ,
through flwg poitns:

1.The high mast light of community park( land 1) is not lit for last 4
days despite many telephonic complaints.Even your staff is not aware
that it is not lit for so many days. Everytime they give stupid
excuses. And this is regular scene.

2. The lobby light of tower 1 in SPA court has 6 fused CFL for last 3
months. On enquiring from electrician, we were told that due to
shortage of funds, the requisition for CFL lights are not raised.Well
that was before deewali!!....and we r paying maintenace in advance
sometime for months in advance. I am sure JP is not diverting funds to
reduce its mammoth rs 800000cr loan from our maintenace money or else
very soon they will find their loan doubled!!.
FYI, 2 nos lights at the entrance corridor are still to be installed
which were supposed to be installed 2 years back at the time of
handover.Due to this,the corridor remains very dark in the night.

3.The seepage in ground floor flats due to rain or overflowing
overhead tank or pipe leakage in the shaft area(hough repaired 5
times) need a permanent solution.

4.The housekeeping is also pathetic.Just yesterday, a pigeon killed by
a cat kept lying till evening in front of spa court green belt , which
the cleaner boy didn't remove even after being told.Finally the guard
removed it in the evening.

5.The small lane adjacent to spa resort had plenty shrubs and weeds
uncontrolled growth,which got cut after 6 months!!! ,despite repeated
reminders.
There are many such issues which can be easily sorted out if proper
supervision is given.Lack of supervision has increased the shortage of
funds problem many folds.
Hope appropriate action will be taken at the earliest..

Some strong action should be taken against it ... I never expected that this so called big group after selling high end apartments would deliver services like this .. They are minting money through maintenance ... They are inviting trouble for themselves ... They have no idea of the power of public ... Who can change Government ..

Construction in the whole complex is at snails pace specially when it comes to finishing ... Because of which loitering of labour, homes are always full of dust ..

Something has to be done

this is the problem with you guys...every time we highlight maintenance shortcoming and related issues..your standard reply is not to cast aspersions on company!!

FYI, 2 lights in the lobby is still not functional and the seepage issue was smartly skipped!!!

You guys are beyond reforms ,. thick skin...only God can teach you to respect others hard earned money...and soon HE will !!

Lobby lights have been functional. Two lights outside the lobby have been repaired today.

Cleaning of Spa Court is being regularly monitored. 

We would also appreciate if this medium is not used to cast aspersions either on company staff or the company itself. Aim is to resolve issues and to that end we appreciate your feedback. Lets confine our comments to maintenance or any other aspects.

Capt Prabal Bais you are absolutely right. The maintenance has gone bad to worse in Jaypee greens. The people sitting at Facility 

management are irresponsible and do not give heed to the problems of Residents. Here I quote  an example:  Four month back people from facility and project management came to our home for their work. These people broke the marble of our balcony. They promised us to replace the marble as early as possible. But since then we are requesting them to undo the damage they have done. But they are not doing any thing. Other facility services like security, horticulture and cleanliness is absolutely poor despite complaining about it many times

I think we need to protest against these people very strongly.
