Dear Khanna Saab,I couldn't agree more on your appended mail and share the disappointment at the poor response of jaypee team in solving the issue.Though we understand that jaypee is going through a very tough phase ( with its debt burden of rs 80,000/- crores) , but these are issues which require no funds or very little investment from huge maintenance money taken in advance from us !!!. But alas! , the intention and will to sort out these minor issues are missing. Its shows their " neeyat mein Khot" attitude which is more disheartening.On top of it, there is no replies or even meeting by estate manager on the issues.He simply is not available to meet residents on the issues which can be sorted out with mutual discussion. Jaypee bosses seems to be too busy with their other businesses or probably too power drunk but these estate managers seems to be even more power drunk and arrogant taking full advantage of jaypee's non involvment towards maintenance of this complex.Regarding the protection from flying golf balls, jaypee can put the netting which they have already installed near suncourt or going to install near castille.Similarly, regarding community park misuse ,they just have to shift a guard with necessary instructions.And many such issues require very little application of resources .This is despite the fact that we are paying highest maintenance charges probably in the entire country not just in NCR.I think its time , the residents join hands in a forum to save this society and further deterioration of our property and life. This job cannot be left to these ill efficient ,disinterested estate managers or jaypee builder for whom maintaining the society is a foreign issue!!Kind Regards

Similarly, I have been asking Jaypee greens for over three years now since my Villa at E-116 was ready and so far I have had 5 windows broken. The 5th one was day before yesterday! We have discussed with Jaypee greens authorities that there should be some kind of high net at the turning point from the 3rd hole where chances of a slice off are possible which sometimes lets the ball into adjoining house of my brother E-117 and at other time it flies off their garden and on to the window of my Villa at E-116.
There is an urgent need of some kind of netting at a strategic point for atleast about 30’ to 40’ length along the course to prevent these balls from hitting these Villas.

Pls note the community park of land 1 is regularly being used for playing cricket and football by not just by kids but servants and college students from outside as well.The residents of Spa court are facing problems as under:
1.The glass windows are liable to be broken.FYI 2 nos glass windows of vacant corner vila has been already been broken.
On confronting the cricket players, there reply was that they would make the payment for glass replacements!!! But I am sure they will all run away if the glasses are broken.
2.The plants and flowers are damaged in plenty.
3.The huge noise and ruckus is everyday story.
4.It might have been allowed earlier by Jaypee when Spa court was not constructed , but now its time to stop this nuisance by posting a guard for at least a month to break the old habit.
5.When the cricket/football play is going on in the park , our kids and families cannot go in the park due to risk of injury and disturbing their play.
6.We didnot buy our apartments in a cricket or football stadium and hope management realises their responsibility in curbing this nuisance ASAP.
Jaypee has made nice sports complex in the society and it would be better if people use that rather than making their neighbourhood as cricket stadium. This practice is to be curbed now which is being going on for last two years or so.In no residential society RWA allows their parks or neighbourhood turning into cricket/football fields.
Tomorrow they will play in nature reserve park or other parks as well and so we need to have policy as well as guards posted for its enforcement in the initial stage.
