Good Day

As you are aware that "Intercom connection" was part of allotment contract under the Specifications of apartment for SPA Court..There is no mention in the allotment letter/contract of any additional charges for providing intercom services.So the builder is to provide it without charging any extra money for the same

But now the residents of Spa court are being asked to deposit Rs 6000/- as security money for intercom connection . Also we paid a large amount as security deposit @ Rs 75/psft for the apartment .Therefore we fail to understand the logic behind such charges.

So we request to withdraw this unfair demand as it would constitute breach of allotment contract.We also reserve the right to refer the matter at a future convenient date,time and place in various forums to resolve it.
