Pls be prepared mentally and physically before you start shifting at wish town....Jaypee is turning out to be biggest cheat /corrupt builder of our times....no cheat is too big for jaypee ( instead of no dream is too big) !!!

it was nice talking to you in the morning. some of the issues we have been facing:

1. seepage, due to poor construction of the terrace and leaks from the a/c tubing.

2. cleanliness. very dirty terrace. very dirty lift basement. poor cleaning of the corridors.

3. erratic water pressure (keeps going up and down).

4. lift error in the ground floor. the door keeps opening twice or thrice.

i do agree with all the points you stated. the increase in super area has thrown all budgets out of gear. the maintenance charge is way too high. when ats can do it for as low as 1.25, i do not understand why even 3 was not sufficient. it has been raised to 3.18. jaypee needs to understand that if it wants to charge a premium, then the services should match the premium.

also, i do want to understand which is the social club we are paying for? and why are the golf club charges on par with 5-star prices. a meal for 4 with drinks costs about 2k at the delhi gymkhana club, here it cost us 5k without drinks. and the meal was not really that awesome, just mains, no starters or dessert. for that price, i could've gone to any fdr in the city.

its a very expensive lifestyle. we have paid twice the per sq ft cost of greater noida to get in and now are shelling out more on our own club, let alone basics like fuel etc. these are some of the things i find very funny. its almost like jaypee does not want us to live here.
