CIRCULAR

Dear Residents,

1.       The common area Electricity expenditure for SPA COURT apartments has been worked out in detail and it comes out to Rs 0.18 paise per Sft per month of area of the apartment. The same will be reviewed every six months.

2.    The common area electricity charges will be applicable from 01 Oct’13. The same will be factored in the respective pre–paid meters.

3.       The charges are liable to change in case of any Tariff change by NPCL or changes in Diesel rates.
