Attached, please find a very short survey from The Inglewood Old Field
CSD Community Advisory Panel ("CAP"). They are creating a health study
to examine the health effects (if any) of living in close proximity to
the Inglewood Oil Field has on the surrounding communities.

We’d like input from our LHCA members on their concerns so that CAP can
create an effective health study.
