Traffic and Parking Issues Forum/General Meeting sponsored by the Ladera
Heights Civic Association (LHCA) Thursday, February 15 at 7-8:30pm
Parent School Auditorium located
5354 W. 64th St.
(at Corning Ave. and two blocks South of Slauson Ave.)
This will be a panel discussion with the experts on transportation from
the Department of Public Works, Traffic Divisions at LA County, LA City,
Culver City, Caltrans, the California Highway Patrol and the LA County
Sheriff’s Department. Representatives from some of the locale elected
official's offices will also be on hand.
The panel will address traffic and parking questions and issues raised at
the two previous forums on these important issues. They will discuss
efforts to improve traffic flow in Ladera Heights and surrounding
communities. They will provide the status and updates on the action items
and share what is in the works. This will be followed by a Q&A period for
issues not already addressed. All questions will be submitted to the
facilitator and the panel on Q&A cards that will be available at the
event.
This forum begins at 7:00 PM. Street parking is plentiful, and two parking
lots are available in front of the school, as well as one around back.
