Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate, MBA
Experience: 1-3 Yrs
Key skills:
- Good communication and follow up skills, must be able to make effective sales presentation
- Self motivated with leadership qualities
- Aggressive selling and convincing skills having flair for sales and ability to meet sales targets and give sales closures
- Must know how to generate leads and convert leads into profitable sales.
- Must know the tactics of closing the sales deal, knowledge about the market
- Basic Computer Knowledge
Roles and Responsibility:
- Generating new business & sales of Residential Flats by direct selling of Residential/Commercial properties
- Lead generation & increasing number of bookings for Primary Sales
- Observing, receiving and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
- Identify prospective clients, schedule appointments for direct meeting and giving presentation
- Ensuring a high level of interaction & customer satisfaction by regular follow up on prospective leads
- To provide proper response for potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
- Sending information through mail/ fax/ phone about projects to prospective customers after understanding their requirements and helping them to acquire appropriate properties
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Meeting the required quality standard
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
