How to how many customers uninstall my plugin?

I want to count how many people use my plugin. 

I can how many people download the plugin from the webserver.

But how to how many people uninstall it?

I'm afraid we don't capture that information - there are no statistics on plugin uninstallation.

Is it possible as a plug-in to access the list of installed plug-ins and their versions? Maybe even possible to subscribe for an event that informs about (un-)installations/updates of plugins?
