Inthe USA, there are different laws and regulations that apply to workplace violence and aggression. Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (OSH Act), requires employers to provide a safe and healthful workplace for their workers and comply with occupational safety and health standards issued by OSHA. The same for UK with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 (HSW Act).

Custom operating schedules can be created based on staffing times or trading hours. If weekends are not required, then Saturday and Sunday can be excluded. wihkum will allow support staff such as gardeners and cleaners to call for help 24/7 due to their typical ad-hoc working hours.
