2023 Dues Increase

Although the dues increase is necessary, it was poorly executed. With proper planning, management could have given owners a 90-day notice and/or phased in the increase over time.

Granted the governing documents do not require a meeting or vote of the members; with an increase of this size, a meeting (meet/zoom?) would have been the right thing to do. Especially during a time when so many people are observing the Christmas holiday.
