HOA Response - ROOF SIDING Repair

Hello 

I have contacted the HOA point of contact for a piece of siding that has been hanging off the side of my roof for over a month now and I have gotten no update or response. Is there someone else who can help or provide an update to this issue, which is a safety issue. If this detatches and falls to the ground it could hit a person or damage a window. This needs immediate repair.
