I hope this email finds you well. As your trusted real estate agent, I wanted to provide you with an update on the current monthly mortgage interest rates.
As of today 6/2, the average fixed-rate mortgage interest rate for 30 Yr term loans is 6.88% 15 Yr 6.27%.
It is important to note that mortgage interest rates fluctuate frequently in response to changes in the market. After hitting the highest levels in several months last Friday, mortgage rates have fallen fairly quickly in the new week. As bond markets improved this afternoon, many lenders were able to make mid-day adjustments. That brought the average top tier 30vr fixed rate down to the lowest levels since Thursday, May 18th (not QUITE 2 weeks, but close enough!).
