Loud Music Sunday 9/1/24

Does anyone else hear loud music, mostly bass,  which I think is coming from FDR Park?

I have been hearing it from within my house since 4 PM and it’s now almost 8 PM. Very annoying.

Yes. 

I made a 311 complaint. Performance music must not be audible beyond the property line.
