If anyone has seen Ottis please contact Joh Tolomeo   our neighbor..

Otis got loose on the streets  last Friday night at 10:15 PM. He is a little dachshund brown but getting grey in the face.   He doesn’t have a collar and very scared.   The family is so worried. He never gets out.

Hi Elaine.  Its John Tolomeo. Its 10:50 pm friday. I am away but it seems my dog Otis got loose on the streets. He is a little dachsun brown but getting grey in the face.  Could you use your neighborhood email string to put out an alert to be on the lookout for him in the neighborhood?  He doesnt have a collar and hes prob very scared. I called John and told him I saw their dog on Moyamensing near 17th street on Friday night

He is going to put flyers up in that area

I told him we tried to catch him but he ran away
