Getting odor complaints. Wanted you to know.

I just called the refinery to check on things. They said with all the heavy rains we have been having. One of our tanks floating roof shifted. They have been putting foam on top of the tank to control any odor. The outside temp is requiring us to do that every 30 mins. We have ppl in the sienna  place neighborhood right now conducting air monitoring. That's where all the complaints are coming from. We are moving the product into another tank. But that takes time to pump from one to another. We continue to add foam to contain any odors. The heat is not helping.
