If you play SA endurance and you win every time, and you have the premium account from step 8. So you earn at least 4.8K RP every race (with 2 RP boost). So you can get 20k RP every 5 races. Each race takes about 6:07 minute (if you're god racer) so you can get the 20 RP in about 30 minutes, witch allows you to get 100 minigun bullets (use /rpshop to get it) and you action it using /auction. Add to it the money you get from the race, let's say average 20k$ since a lot of people play SA endurance. You get additional 100k$ in 30 minutes. Add to it the CEO work, with boost you get about 108k$ add everything and you get about 1.4 million$ in just 30 minutes. Try to practice the race in single player, remove traffic and peds using cheats. Remember to look at TIP N4

Made few changes to the rest of the lines, personally, I like to be very organized whilst making scripts so I'll be able to read them very well.
I added on the line to check if the player, command and the 'value' for 'money' exists, to continue. The 'value' for 'money' must be a number or it won't continue, fixing your 'number expected, got string' problem. Now it'll expect a number all the times.
Each game week on a random day chosen throughout the week. The "Mafia" will "somehow" lose a big ole bag of money. This money bag is lost at a location chosen at random by the server. Money Rush is not an occurrence that happens every game day. It may happen once or it may happen 2 or 3 times in a game week. The amount of cash is undisclosed until it is picked up by a player, and the cash amount given to the player is shown in game chat for everyone to see.
