Bonjour à toutes et à tous,
Si vous connaissez des étudiants en thèse ou en post doc qui ont passé moins de 12 mois en France lors des 3 dernières années, l'université de Montpellier a mis en place un dispositif d'accompagnement (comprenant une séjour d'une semaine sur Montpellier) pour construire des demandes de bouse postdoctorale Marie Sklodowska-Curie.
Nous proposons dans ce contexte avec Marie Denis et Vincent Garin d'accompagner la construction d'un projet autour des aspects suivants :
- Multi-omics integration to improve prediction accuracies,
- The GXE challenges
- Other fields of research targeting a better integration of innovative statistical approaches to support plant breeding efforts
Bref c'est ouvert !!! Et l'idée est que l'on co-construise vraiment le projet avec les candidats intéressés.

Dear colleagues,
I reach you concerning an offer of mentoring for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie application that could be of interest for some of your PhD or postdoctoral staff who are keen to deepen their contributions to statistical genetics either regarding multi-omics integration to improve prediction accuracies, the GXE challenges or other fields of research targeting a better integration of innovative statistical approaches to support plant breeding efforts
If you know people who are about to finish their PhD and who are interested to continue their career writing their own project, they could be interested by the attached offer (deadline 31st March, sorry for the short notice).
It is an offer to jointly build a MSCA application. With the University of Montpellier, we would provide, guidance (including a small journey (more or less 1 week) in Montpellier to discuss in depth the project) and administrative support for an interesting candidate.
Feel free to circulate the offer to anyone who could be interested.
We are available to discuss with interested candidates if they require additional information regarding the expectations, the process...
