SmartSurveyTask example to implement Skip logic

Hi,

I have to implement Skip logic to skip to specific question based on current user answer.

I can see that I have to use SmartSurveyTask and pass TaskModel into it.

But I am not able to get details about what all values will be there in TaskModel classes.

Can someone help me with one example which i can use as base?

I really need help in here. Thank you.
