ResearchStack Backbone no Text Color available in colors.xml?

Hello there, 

I'm looking to style Researchstack to my needs, I found a bunch of overridable stuff in the values.xml and colors.xml but have so far been unable to find the colors for the text (next text, description etc.).

Does anyone have any advice on this?

For Future reference, I was able to override the styles used by overriding the layout.xmls used by ResearchStack via refs.xml
