Slider control

Hi Guys,

I'm attempting to port an application from ResearchKit to ResearchStack and I came across the need to use a slider scale answer format, but this doesn't seem to be implemented in ResearchStack as of yet. Are there any plans to include this functionality in the near future?

I've got a slider control that you can start with or could be imported into backbone. If you'll open an issue I'll attach some code to it that we've written. I don't know the state of it off the top of my head as I wasn't the implementor.

There is reference code in the comments of https://github.com/ResearchStack/ResearchStack/issues/292 . It’s been a while since I looked at that code, but let me know if you need help.

I believe that if you add SliderStepBody into `backbone/src/main/java/org/researchstack/backbone/ui/step/body, SliderAnswerFormat into  `backbone/src/main/java/org/researchstack/backbone/answerformat` and rsb_slider_body.xml `backbone/src/main/res/layout` that you’ll then be able to add the new QuestionType in `backbone/src/main/java/org/researchstack/backbone/answerformat/AnswerFomat` by adding Slider(SliderStepBody.class) to theType enum after line 65.
