RA source now hosted at google code

Hi folks,

I've just migrated the RA subversion history into google code. Feel
free to check it out http://code.google.com/p/researchassistant/ and
hack away. It's a valid eclipse project so you can just add an SVN
repository location for it and directly check it out into your
workspace. Let me know if you've got a patch and want commit access.
